Why are there so few women in motorsports? To find out we talked to Beitske Visser, Dutch racing driver and BMW works driver (GT3, GT4, Formula W). We discussed Formula W,  how she got where she is, what her experience in this male-dominated sport is like, and what needs to change to empower women in racing.
